The location was amazing, 10 minutes walking from the centre of Old Phuket Town. The room service and all the service in general was also excellent (my partner and I had been traveling for one month around Bali, Vietnam and Phuket and we can assure that this room was the cleanest and most comfortable because they clean it EVERYDAY 🥰) One of the things we liked the most was that we could buy noodles, coffee, ice cream, toothpaste and all kind of things inside the hotel and at the lowest price 😀 We really enjoyed our stay at Pure Residence Phuket and we ever come back we will sure stay here again.

In general I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Pure Phuket Residence. I found all of the staff I interacted with friendly, helpful and in some cases, attractive! LoL. The service, facilities, cleanliness and location exceeded my expectations and I would like to extend a warm thankyou to the staff there for making my stay a joy! I stayed at the Pure Phuket Residence several times during January 2023 and each on each stay I was met with the same pleasant welcome and experience of stay.

Large room, comfortable bed, very clean, filtered water is available at the lobby, good WiFi, within walking distance of Phuket town and the night market. The location seems a bit odd at first (just at a large parking lot), but it's actually a quiet area which is nice to have a good night sleep. Good price/quality!

They staff were super helpful and friendly. For what we paid I was super great full with the room. It was super spacious and clean. The room was cleaned everyday so when we arrived home it was a lovely surprise.

Pure Phuket Residence is a great budget hotel which is clean, comfortable and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although a little bit run down in some areas the rooms have strong nearly new AC and a good hot water shower.

Very clean and quiet place. Polite and kind staff, there is enough towels, toilet papers but no shampoos or water kettle in room. Big and clean bathroom. There is water cooler, hot water and microwave in reception. And also small shop for drinks and ice cream. A little far from old town near 15 minutes walking. There is a nice park close to hotel for walking and jogging.

Big room, decent aircon, nice ensuite bathroom. Lots of free water provided everyday! Good mini fridge and wardrobe space. Friendly staff. Very good value

Great place in Phuket at a very good price. The rooms are clean and cozy. Very friendly staff, short distance to the old town center, strong WiFi and common area where you can easily work on computer. Highly recommended!
